About us

Floor and table lamps, as well as recessed spotlights, are more than just lighting elements. They give the interior a uniquely homely and cozy charm and even have a positive influence on our mood. State-of-the-art LED strips set elegant accents in modern interiors and are real eye-catchers. The bathroom, for example, becomes a feel-good oasis with atmospheric indirect lighting. And aquariums become a fascinating underwater world with accentuating light. Our passion applies to all lighting elements that enhance the home.

That's why we, Marius, Emil, and Christian, founded MEC-Light GmbH nine years ago. Meanwhile, we are supported by several expert employees. Since our reopening in 2017, our showroom/store has been the heart of Mec-Light GmbH - centrally located in Mönchengladbach's Holt district on Aachener Straße, with close access to the highway and a large customer parking lot directly at our store. Here, you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of LED technology on around 60 square meters and get inspired. Not only that: Unlike conventional hardware stores or online retailers, our showroom offers you the opportunity to have the products presented on site and try them out yourself. Our competent sales and consulting team is always at your side with advice and support and responds to your individual wishes. In addition, we offer you on-site planning and installation as well as the conversion of outdated light sources to modern, energy-saving LED technology. With us, you get everything from a single source! Learn more about our services.
